Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales process by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Call and qualify inbound leads generated through online campaigns, social media, and referral networks.
• Make outbound calls to prospects to confirm interest and suitability.
• Book appointments for sales consultants using our scheduling tools.
• Send follow-up communications via email or SMS to keep leads engaged.
• Update and maintain CRM records with detailed call notes and status updates.
• Work closely with the Australian sales and operations team to ensure handovers are smooth and timely.
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs around call volume, lead conversion, and appointments set.

• 3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, appointment setter, or in a similar outbound calling role.
• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, and professional tone).
• Experience using a Sales CRM is highly desired.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously and hitting productivity targets.
