Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for application users.
Develop user manuals, training materials, and quick reference guides.
Provide post-training support and assist users with system navigation and functionality.
Conduct user needs analysis to tailor training content effectively.
Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth rollout and user onboarding.
Monitor user feedback and recommend improvements for system usability and training delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in application facilitation and user training.
Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with end-users at all levels.
Strong presentation, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ICT systems and user adoption strategies.
Attach relevant certification with the application
