Job Summary This innovative customer intelligence solutions business known for its cultural flair, is actively looking for a dedicated Application Development Manager to join their team. They need someone who is both technically strong and has solid leadership / management skills and experience.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to manage and guide a small team of 3-5 developers, all while working closely and collaborating with the Quality Assurance Team, IT Support, Sales, Client Marketing, and Stakeholders.
They need someone who is keen to not only manage a team, but to also be very hands on in terms of coding and problem solving to ensure team success.

Skills You Will Need:
- PHP 8.0 OR PHP 8X
- VueJS
- CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced skills in programming languages such as (C#, C++, TypeScript, or Go)
- SDLC
- System architecture and technical design
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Computer Science, Information technology, or similar)
- 5+ years proven experience as a Senior Technical Leader OR management experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Expertise in creating and maintaining vital applications specifically designed for optimal performance in cloud or virtualized settings
