Job Description

1. Technical Learning and Operation: Assist with operating Maf Roda Sizer systems; learn setup, calibration, and basic control of automation.

2. Preventative Maintenance: Support routine inspections and maintenance schedules under supervision.

3. Troubleshooting & Fault Finding: Observe and assist with diagnostics and system faults under mentorship.

4. On-the-job Training & Shadowing: Work alongside senior experienced members to build understanding and practical skills.

5. Packhouse Integration & Workflow Support: Learn packhouse processes and equipment handling to understand full workflow.

6. Quality Control and Safety: Learn quality standards and assist in monitoring machine output for conformance.

7. Advanced Diagnostics & Optimization: Under supervision, begin understanding advanced diagnostics and workflow efficiencies.

8. Communication and Reporting: Develop clear reporting and feedback skills with technical teams.

9. Time Management and Initiative: Demonstrate punctuality, preparedness, and proactive learning.

10. Leadership & Project Exposure: Begin exposure to leadership principles, basic project tasks, and coaching culture.
