• Ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, SAHPRA, WHO, PIC/S, and GLP standards
• Overseeing equipment readiness and method/process validation for new and transferred projects
• Training and mentoring lab staff on new methods and procedures
• Reviewing methods and crafting quotations for new AMT projects
• Supervising laboratory activities and signing off on raw data, AMT reports, and Certificates of Analysis
• Liaising with clients and interpreting analytical results
• Participating in internal/external audits
• Planning and coordinating the AMT teamxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s schedule to meet project timelines

YOUR PROFILE

• BSc or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or related chemistry fields
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory preferably with Analytical Method Transfer experience
• Knowledge of Empower Software
• Advanced Liquid Chromatography knowledge for, both HPLC and UPLC
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and lead
