Responsible for administering Company's remuneration and benefits programs.
Research, Design, recommend, implement and monitor remuneration and reward strategies, policies, procedure, frameworks and encompassing reward programmes, incentive schemes, executive compensation, bonuses and equity plans.
Perform statistical analysis, pay scale design and management, salary benchmarking (internal and external), job evaluation and grading, various stakeholder negotiations and mediation, organisation structuring, HR process optimisation, market research and industry practises.
Strategic understanding of Total Rewards Management, HRM, Business Management, Governance (Policies, Procedures, Practises, statuary and QA compliance, standards), Transformation and Technology and act as an adviser for the Management & Strategic levels in decision making.
Administer employee benefits e.g. Retirement fund, medical scheme, disability management (COID and risk claims), Group personal accident insurance, Funeral benefits etc.
