45,000 businesses manage risk, and 500 million consumers understand and manage credit.This position is accountable for ensuring that client data is received and returned to internal and external clients within the service level agreements. This is done through the processing and loading of requests received as per internal/external client requirements within set turnaround times, thereby ensuring that good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.What You'll Bring:Purpose

• Contribute to the full system lifecycle; from client and sales engagement, requirements gathering and criteria analysis, to the reviewing of the fulfillment of the solution for internal and external customers.
• The associate is needed for successful analysis of customer business requirements by assisting the technical team with developing an end to end processing solution that includes design, customer setup, test, delivery and documentation.
• Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output, based on requirements from the customer, which also includes direct customer communication to audit the results.
• Involve in Data processing, management and reporting of batch jobs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Convert data files between applications, formatting and validation of data, maintaining a well-organized manual/electronic filing system..
• To ensure the correct output data is delivered within turnaround time through various electronic file transfer media.
• Reformat of output data according to client specifications.
• Attend to customer queries and resolve them in a promptly and professional manner
• Keep accurate record of all data received and delivered.

• E.g.: With assistance analyze data and test results to ensure customer requirements are met. System reflects accurate requirements. Review requirements with production team. Ensure all requests follow batch compliance rules

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate. Perform pre-validations and engage with the customer and sales to address major anomalies that would impact quality.
• Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times in order to facilitate better credit decision making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure that processes and procedures are maintained.
• Liaison with internal and external clients in the case of delays and non-submission of data.
• Non-standard input files to be reformatted in required layout.
• Input and Output QC checklist to ensure good quality outputs are delivered to the customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and meeting their required needs. Engage with customers to ensure that they are able to interpret the data elements provided. Identify any gaps in understanding or where additional knowledge share is needed.
• Drive operational improvement by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Compile reports xe2x80x93 gather information and statistical reports in order to advise clients on their results of their requests.

What Youxe2x80x99ll Bring:

• A grade 12 and preferably an IT programming/computer science diploma or degree
• A minimum of 3- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access Advance, SQL and SAS/R entry level programming skills.
• Ability to interact at different all levels.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Analytical skills to understand and work with complex data sets.
• Good planning and administrative skills and the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
