xf0x9fx95xb9xefxb8x8f Full-Time | Reporting to: 3D Visualizer Team Lead & Studio Manager
An internationally renowned Interior Design firm is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer & Architectural Visualiser to join their creative team. This is a remote role; however, candidates must currently be based in South Africa, ideally in Cape Town.
We're looking for someone who brings photorealism, technical excellence, and creative flair to high-end interiors. If you're passionate about creating immersive visual experiences and have a strong background in hospitality, luxury interiors, or high-end commercial spaces-this could be the role for you.
xf0x9fx8cx9f Key Responsibilities:
3D Visualization & Rendering

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders
• Apply advanced lighting and material techniques using Corona Renderer
• Create both static visuals and animated walkthroughs
• Work independently from sketches, references, and CAD drawings
• Use Photoshop for final enhancements and post-production
• Ensure visuals accurately reflect design intent and project goals

Collaboration & Planning

• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers
• Support the design process by providing accurate spatial visualizations

Software & Technical Execution

• Use tools such as:

o 3DS Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray
o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
o Bonus: SketchUp, D5, Vantage, Lumion, Enscape

• Stay current with industry trends and AI tools to improve workflow and quality

xe2x9cx85 Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in 3D Visualization, Animation, Graphic Design, or similar (a degree is an advantage)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury interior design

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3DS Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting
• Ability to manage multiple visualization tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and communication skills

This role is fully remote, but due to team structure and client requirements, only South African citizens or permanent residents currently residing in South Africa will be considered. Candidates not meeting this criterion will unfortunately not be eligible.
