Ambulance Emergency Assistant - Athlone, WCThe following position is available at Melomed 24:AMBULANCE EMERGENCY ASSISTANTRequirements:Matric compulsoryAppropriate Life Support qualification (ILS - AEA) BMR trained an advantageAt least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience at the appropriate levelMust have quality assurance knowledgeValid Driverxe2x80x99s License and PDP LicenseRegistration with HPCSAExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to cope under pressureAbility to work shiftsHigh energy levels and tolerance for stressAdaptable and able to work effectively within a teamMust have done CPG with valid CertificateKey Outputs:Ensure the efficient handling and operational readiness of emergency callsAdminister patient care in line with scope of practiceEnsure the safe and rapid transportation of patients to the desired medical facilityEnsure the accurate completion and administration of all medical reportsUphold high ethical and professional standardsRespond constructively to pressure and persevere through challengesAdhere to company policies and proceduresJob Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Paramedic License (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Overnight Shift (Preferred)
