Alumnae Data Specialist

to join our vibrant Advancement Office from

January 2026

. This role sits at the heart of our alumnae engagement efforts, ensuring that our data is accurate, our insights meaningful, and our communication warm, polished and aligned with the legacy of a 154-year-old institution.

Minimum Requirements



A relevant qualification and demonstrable experience in data management or related roles. High computer proficiency (Office 365 essential; Adobe suite advantageous). Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools and/or alumnae databases. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to improve systems and processes. Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Back-end website knowledge and previous database experience welcomed.

Duties and Responsibilities



Include but not limited to:




Maintain, update and enhance the alumnae database with accuracy, care and integrity. Analyse data to identify trends, engagement insights and strategic opportunities. Research new sources of information and strengthen connections across our alumnae network. Prepare clear reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision-making. Develop and refine systems to streamline workflow and elevate productivity. Provide administrative support for alumnae programmes, events, surveys and guest management. Ensure compliance with all data privacy and information management standards. Draft professional written communication for alumnae engagement and correspondence. Collaborate with the Advancement Team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. * Support special projects, campaigns and strategic initiatives involving alumnae participation.
