Opportunity:
Our Client is a dynamic SME providing advanced software solutions and professional services in collaboration with global OEM partners. Our solutions support market leaders in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and related industries, including companies like Bell Equipment, Caterpillar, BMW, and Airbus.
This opportunity will allow the intern to be exposed to industry-leading technologies in the fields of ALM, PLM, CAD, IoT and Augmented Reality.
A successful Intern will be in a prime position to apply for a permanent position in Our Clients` Organisation or one of its customers should such positions become available.
Accountibilities:

• Assist in preparing and delivering technical demos of Windchill (PLM) and Codebeamer (ALM).
• Support senior Application Engineers with customer discovery and solution configuration.
• Create technical documentation, including workflows and customer-specific solution maps.
• Participate in customer Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects.
• Contribute to developing customer scope-of-work documentation.
• Support internal and external software adoption initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum:

• Qualification: Minimum NQF Level 7 (Bachelors degree or completing final year) in:

• Field 06 Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology
• Field 10 Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with engineering and/or software lifecycle management concepts.

Beneficial:

• Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent qualification) or Industrial Engineering with a strong basis in IT
• Exposure to ALM and/or PLM software platforms.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle) and virtual environments (VMware, Proxmox).
• Prior knowledge of Windows Server OS and configuration.
