Job Description
Our client, a leader in the National Alloy Steels Manufacturing industry is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a dynamic Divisional Financial Manager to be based in their operation located on the Eastern outskirts of Johannesburg.
PLEASE NOTE:
- A benchmarked CTC Compensation of R600 000 per annum is on offer.
- To report directly into the Financial Director.
- To manage the Performance of 7 direct reports.
- To Mentor and develop the competencies of all direct reports.
- To manage and report on the divisions finances through the application of international financial reporting standards, principles and procedures continually analysing the financial data that will allow the organisation to achieve its strategic financial objectives.
- At minimum a BCom Degree with SAICA or SAIPA articles.
- Sage Evolution or Pastel Partner.
- Monthly Financial Reporting.
- Quarter and Year end.
- Internal Controls.
- Project Management.
- Team leadership and development.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Manager who has the expertise to implement internal controls.
