AI-Powered Project Manager - Online Instructor

1 to 2 evenings per week (Monday to Friday only)
Minimum commitment: 1-2 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a PMP-certified Project Management professional with hands-on experience using AI tools to lead our AI-Powered Project Manager course.

This program also provides learners with 35 PDUs, so the instructor must hold an active PMP and be able to guide students with PMI-aligned knowledge areas, frameworks, and best practices.

In this role, you will teach live online classes, refine course content, and create practical handouts to help professionals integrate AI into planning, risk management, reporting, decision-making, and workflow automation.

This is a contract position ideal for someone passionate about teaching and helping project managers fully leverage AI in modern PM environments.

Qualifications:

Active PMP Certification (Required) Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field Strong experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, Asana AI, Jira AI, ClickUp AI, or similar PM platforms Experience in project management, operations, PMO, or product delivery Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical learners Teaching, coaching, or corporate training experience is a plus Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

Teach live, online classes to small groups (4-8 learners) Review, enhance, and align curriculum content with PMI standards Create supplemental handouts, templates, workflows, and practice exercises Demonstrate real-world AI use cases across project planning, risk, reporting, and communication Assess learner engagement and provide constructive feedback Guide students through AI-driven assignments and capstone projects Ensure the course maintains alignment with PMI PDU requirements and learning outcomes
