Job Description

We're looking for two skilled AI/ML Engineers to join our client on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. These roles will support ongoing initiatives within the data and AI function, focused on scalable machine learning delivery, feature engineering, and advanced data handling.
The ideal candidates will have strong experience across the full ML engineering lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
What you'll do:

• Design, build, and scale machine learning models and solutions
• Develop robust data pipelines using Azure Databricks and other cloud-native tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into ML solutions
• Use Python and SQL for data wrangling, analysis, and model development
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
• Apply version control practices using Git and Azure Repos
• Work within Agile teams and contribute to project planning and delivery
• Apply understanding of RAG pipelines and autonomous agents in practical applications
• Deliver insights and communicate findings clearly to non-technical teams

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in Machine Learning Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Cloud Platforms
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ML model monitoring
• Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Azure Repos)
• Solid understanding of feature engineering and big data wrangling at scale
• Exposure to RAG pipelines and autonomous agents is advantageous
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management fundamentals
