We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a AI Principal Consultant to join our team.

Thexc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xafPrincipal Consultant is accountable for the management and leadership of a service, team or multiple teams within a Business Unit.xc3x82 They are responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Artiifical Intelligence solutions and strategy, aligned to the overall Line of Business strategy.xc3x82 This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end AI services business, with accountability of shaping the AI market for the line of business. They are responsible for reporting on the performance of the service line within the Business Unit against the set strategic objectives and targets.xc3x82 The Principal Consultant is further expected to serve as a role model in creating an organizational culture aligned to the Groupxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s corporate Values and Philosophies. They need to be able to mentor staff within the data domain and be a trusted data domain partner to clients. This role will require travel to customer sites.

Qualification Required:

• Matric Certificate
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 8 + years technology-related sales, account management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelorxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s degree
• Relevant Certification

Experience Required:

• Function related experience: 5-10 years (Data industry) AND Experience with Cloud AI Technologies such as Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, Application Development and Machine Learning, GCP ML, IBM Watson, AWS ML, Tensorflow.xc3x82 xc3x82
• Leading teams: 5 years (within Data industry)
• Project experience: 5 years (within Data industry)

• Established business management track-record and experience in a complex business/commercial environment.
• Proven ability to develop business strategy and objectives
• Well-versed in how business operates, with strong commercial and finance acumen
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
