The Role:





Are you a curious learner with a builder's mindset and a passion for AI in education and business? We're looking for an AI Intern to help us integrate cutting-edge AI workflows across our education publishing business, from content generation and curriculum development to marketing automation and business operations.



This is an internship role based in Pretoria or Cape Town, working closely with teams across content creation, marketing, business development and operations to streamline educational content production and enhance learning experiences.


Key Accountabilities include:




Develop AI-powered content generation tools for educational materials, assessments and curriculum resources Build automation workflows for content review, quality assurance and publishing processes Create marketing automation tools for educational content promotion and audience engagement Support business development with AI-driven market research, competitor analysis and lead qualification Optimize operational workflows using AI tools and low-code platforms Help train internal teams on AI adoption and best practices for educational content creation



About You




Essential requirements:




Demonstrated interest in AI applications for education through projects, coursework or self-directed learning Basic familiarity with coding or low-code automation platforms Understanding of and ability to work with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or educational AI platforms Strong written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to educators and content creators Interest in educational technology Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative on project Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail crucial for educational content accuracy

Desirable requirements:




Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms Background in education or edtech Portfolio showcasing AI projects, automations or tools you've built Familiarity with educational content standards, accessibility requirements, or learning management systems Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing or digital publishing workflows.
