Our client is hiring a remote AI GTM Analyst to serve as the operational brain behind their go-to-market motion. This role is designed for someone who can connect data across platforms, automate workflows, and enable better decisions across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
You'll work across their GTM tech stack Apollo, SalesForge, Aligned Deal Room, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Make.com to ensure that contact data, outreach activities, engagement signals, and funnel performance are all stitched together into a single source of operational truth.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Data Aggregation & System Integration:
+ Unify contact and engagement data across Apollo, SalesForge, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Aligned Deal Room.
+ Use Make.com automation to sync systems, trigger actions, and reduce manual work.
+ Maintain structured, segmented datasets aligned with ICP and buying personas for reporting and analysis. Outreach & Funnel Optimization:
+ Track and report outreach activity by persona, segment, and funnel stage.
+ Analyze performance metrics like connect, conversion, and deal progression.
+ Build weekly target lists based on ICP, performance, and engagement signals. HubSpot Reporting &Workflow Management:
+ Create HubSpot dashboards to track outreach, lead flow, and attribution.
+ Build automations for routing, follow-ups, and lifecycle tracking.
+ Provide RevOps and GTM teams real-time funnel and campaign visibility. Engagement & Source Attribution:
+ Consolidate engagement data across inbound, outbound, events, partnerships, and product-led sources.
+ Build workflows to track lead source, channel performance, and ICP fit.
+ Improve visibility into follow-ups, drop-offs, and reactivation opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM analyst roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or consulting environment.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot for reporting, list building, and dashboard creation.
Proficiency in Make.com: building agents, automations, and custom integrations across GTM tools.
Strong understanding of multi-channel GTM strategies and data flow between sales, marketing, and partner tools.
Highly analytical and systems-driven able to translate complex data into practical, actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team and collaborating across teams asynchronously.
