Job Description

VA Central is expanding its AI & Automation Division and we're looking for a proven AI Automation Expert to help our UK property clients eliminate admin, automate processes, and scale smarter.

This role is for someone who builds real AI systems, not just talks about them.

Core duties include but are not limited to:



Build AI-powered automations for admin + property workflows Create repeatable systems, prompts, agents & SOPs Integrate AI with CRMs, email, docs and reporting Identify opportunities to save time and reduce cost

Essential experience and skills required:



Proven track record in AI automation (real examples) Strong English + independent working style Based in South Africa

Hardware Requirements:



Own computer or laptop. ADSL/ FIBRE internet line. Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE

Working hours:



Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time. Additional Saturdays
