Employer Description A well-known and established Mediterranean Restaurant brand serving Upmarket and Quality Lunch and Dinner to its patrons. Emphasis on well prepared Seafood as well as other fare. Two stores located in JHB, one near Edenvale and one near Sandton. Our Client seeks quality Restaurant Chefs for their Brand. They have a store near Edenvale and one in Sandton. Duties will depend on the level of seniority. Experience as a Chef within a standalone full-service restaurant is required. Will assist with Menu planning and design, creating new dishes, Preparing new and existing recipes and dishes to perfection, Assisting with Kitchen Hygiene and Maintenance, and working with the existing team well. Please submit CV and recent food portfolio in application. Qualifications Formal Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts or similar qualifications will prove an advantage. Skills Previous Restaurant experience. We are open to recieving CVs of Junior and senior Chefs. Chef must be willing to work longer and irregular hours that the restaurant industry demands in the evenings and over weekends. Benefits None at this stage.
