Job Description

Company Engineer - Processing Plant
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee and manage plumbing and lifting systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety principles and regulations.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to engineering maintenance and machinery performance.
Assist in budgeting processes for maintenance projects and resource allocation.
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve planned maintenance procedures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards within the processing plant.
Create and present reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Proven knowledge and experience in preventive and planned maintenance, specifically in the context of processing plants.
Strong understanding of machinery maintenance, plumbing systems, and lifting equipment.

Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance within the processing industry. Considerable experience in managing maintenance and understanding key performance indicators is essential.
