Based in Tygervalley, you'll work with a fast-growing list of well-known customers in the fresh produce marketing, distribution, and export sectors.What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through system setup during implementation projects.
- Analyse client needs and translate them into effective system use or customisations.
- Deliver training and hands-on support to help customers master the platform.
- Occasionally assist with support cases to keep things running smoothly.
- Experience in the agriculture export or local distribution industry (a must!).
- A knack for understanding customer needs and solving problems.
- Comfort with technology-ideally with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
