Duties and Responsibilities:

Quotations according to customer needs
Service, repair and overhaul the mechanical parts of agricultural equipment and vehicles
Work sheets for services rendered, done to company policies
Comply with all Health and Safety standards
Long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
Complete all guarantee claims
Train and mentor all relevant personnel regarding company policies
Cross-market all relevant products and promotions
Liaison with internal departments, suppliers and clients
