Job Summary FARM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, LIMPOPO. xc2xb1R540 000 per annum. Languages *Well spoken in Venda/North Sotho The successful candidate will be a well-experienced, hands-on, motivated individual xe2x80xa2 Std. 10/Grade 12 plus further related studies; xe2x80xa2 An AVCASA and/or BOSAS qualification will be an added advantage; xe2x80xa2 Minimum 5 years' extensive experience in general farm production, especially citrus development and farming; xe2x80xa2 In-depth knowledge of all farming practices, e.g., production, planning and establishing new orchards, fertilisation, pest and disease control, fruit manipulation, mechanization, utility management, health & safety, environmental, quality (SHEQ), production administration, harvesting process, general personnel administration, risk management, staff management, annual biological asset calculation, limiting expenses; xe2x80xa2 Computer related skills- MS Office, Outlook, etc.; xe2x80xa2 Must be literate and conversant in Afrikaans and English; xe2x80xa2 A third language will be an advantage; xe2x80xa2 Prepared to work long hours/overtime.
