Job Summary ? Agent Support Coordinator ? R35,000 to R40;000 ? Cape Town Live out Kendrick Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading luxury travel group in search of an enthusiastic Agent Support Coordinator to join their Cape Town team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the travel industry, enjoys building relationships, and is keen to grow into a future commercial role. As part of a passionate, conservation-driven company, this position supports trade partners, assists with digital platforms, and helps provide smooth and professional service to agents across the globe. ? What the role involves o First point of contact for travel agents o Support with availability, booking queries and general product info o Guide agents in using online tools and self-service platforms o Create simple guides, onboarding info and easy training content o Help with trade events, collateral, sales materials and CRM updates o Assist with market research and new agent outreach o Host small webinars or online training sessions o Gather and share product and feedback insights ? What they are looking for o 2 to 4 years experience in sales support, customer service or travel trade roles o Experience in travel or hospitality is a strong advantage o Tech savvy, organised and confident navigating digital tools o Excellent verbal and written communication o Great admin skills and strong attention to detail o Familiarity with safaris, African travel, or CRM systems is a bonus o Passion for responsible tourism and conservation ?
