The Agent Sales Consultant will manage end-to-end safari sales processes, from handling agent enquiries and designing tailored itineraries to confirming bookings and following up on post-travel feedback. You'll deliver accurate quotations, creative routing suggestions, and proactive communication to travel partners while meeting individual and team sales targets.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and the ability to multi-task across multiple agent accounts. You'll collaborate closely with reservations, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless guest journey while contributing to Asilia's vision of transforming travel into a force for conservation and community impact.
