As an Agent Sales Consultant, the successful candidate will handle safari requests from global travel agents, crafting detailed itineraries and delivering top-tier customer service. This role calls for a sharp communicator with a flair for sales, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for Africa's wild beauty. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, cost, and manage safari itineraries with precision and creativity ? Communicate effectively with agents, providing expert guidance and personalised service ? Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners ? Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets ? Manage booking processes, follow-up, and post-safari feedback ? Proactively identify upselling opportunities and contribute to team performance ? What We're Looking For: ? Experience in safari sales (East Africa experience a bonus!) ? 10-15 years in hospitality, tourism, or a related sector ? Strong sales and customer service skills with a target-driven mindset ? Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities ? Proficiency in travel and reservation systems ? Passionate about African travel, conservation, and creating guest delight ?
