Job Summary ? Agent Relationship Manager | Luxury Travel | UK & Cape Town ? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Agent Relationship Manager for a luxury travel company with operations in Cape Town and the UK. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong trade partnerships, driving new business, and reactivating dormant accounts to maximise long-term value. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B sales within luxury travel, safari or destination management, with excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills. Travel across South Africa and the UK will be required. Key Responsibilities o Develop and nurture agent relationships across the UK and Cape Town o Grow new business and re-engage dormant accounts o Represent the company at trade shows, fam trips, and industry events o Deliver market insights, performance reporting, and sales strategy recommendations o Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and sales initiatives Requirements o Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel or safari operations o Proven track record in B2B relationship management and sales o Strong network in UK travel trade advantageous o Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems o Self-motivated, professional, and adaptable o Valid driver's licence and own transport
