This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in luxury travel, destination management, and relationship development. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth, strengthening agent relationships, and promoting the client's premium safari lodges and end-to-end DMC services.
Description
The Agent Relationship Manager - Southern Africa is responsible for expanding the client's market presence by acquiring new trade partners, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximising revenue from existing partners. Reporting to the Head of Agent Relationships, you will act as the primary point of contact for agents, delivering compelling sales presentations, tailored solutions, and training that positions the client as the leading choice for luxury safari experiences.
