Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and hire new real estate agents.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and leads.
Monitor performance of recruited agents and provide support to maximize their productivity.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Track sales performance of hired agents and calculate commission.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent/ HR Office.
Strong understanding of real estate sales and agent performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Remuneration:
Basic: R4,000 per month +
10% Commission of all sales made by agents recruited by you
