Location: Remote (Work hours aligned with 10 AM - 6 PM UK time)

About the Company
Our client is a dynamic media and marketing agency specialising in social media strategy, digital advertising, and creative campaign delivery. They partner with brands to help them grow through impactful digital storytelling, paid ad campaigns, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the agency team.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and staff assignments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the execution of social media and advertising campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
• Maintain organised workflows and project tracking using Trello and other internal systems.
• Review creative assets in Canva and ensure brand consistency across client campaigns.
• Communicate progress, performance, and key updates to senior management and clients.
• Continuously optimise processes to improve agency efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (must-have).
• Proven experience managing agency operations or marketing teams.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Trello, and Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience in ads management (particularly social or paid media).
• Previous experience in a project management or operations-focused role within a marketing or media company.
