We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Assistant to help us ensure that every returned item is processed with care and efficiency. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and love keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Processing Returns: Check and verify all returned items Inspection & Testing: Thoroughly assess each returned product and test it to determine its next steps. Stock Categorisation: Accurately log returns into the right category for seamless processing. Repackaging & Shipping: Securely rebox items and create accurate waybills for shipments Tracking & Updating: Keep return statuses and notes up to date to ensure smooth workflows. Quality Control: Test all repaired items to make sure they meet our high standards before heading back to customers

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Must-haves:


Strong computer literacy skills

Matric or Grade 12 equivalent Previous warehouse experience. Experience in an aftersales or customer service environment.

Strong attention to detail High literacy level

Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in their work A can-do, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to investigate issues Team player
