***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FITMENT CENTRE OR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE***
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Aftersales Sales Executive to join a dynamic and fast-paced fitment centre team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for selling tyres, batteries, and mechanical repair services to walk-in, telephonic, and account customers, you will also be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base, take full ownership of customer queries, and ensure they are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally, maintaining accurate records, documentation, and administrative control and demonstrating excellent product knowledge and staying up to date on pricing, promotions, and stock availability. To apply for this competitive position, you will need at least 2 years of Aftersales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment, have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, excellent administrative abilities, and solid computer literacy and a willingness to learn and continuously develop your product and industry knowledge will set you apart. This position is ideal for a people's person with a natural flair for sales, coming from a fitment centre or Service Advisor background.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
2 years of Sales Experience in a reputable fitment centre or 2 years of Service Advisor experience
Strong customer service, sales and marketing skills
Basic technical knowledge of tyre fitment, battery installation, and mechanical service processes
Excellent Administration Skills
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a must)
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite and a POS System)
Be exceptionally well groomed and presented
