***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** New dealership opening!!! This is a fast growing and well received brand, and the dealership forms part of a rapidly expanding group. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Manager to run both the parts and service departments and take responsibility for building up the performance and profitability of the departments by managing production, sales and support staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be required to develop and implement parts and service strategies and do management reports. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 3 years of Service/Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motor Dealership Service/Parts Manager in a franchised motor dealership Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
