Afrikaans Sales Agent / xe2x80x93 V&A Waterfront

R10 000 xe2x80x93 R13 250 P/M Plus, Monthly Commission & Pension Benefit

Our client, a growing online travel business is currently expanding!

The Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in expanding the business property listings. The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential property partners by contacting existing leads. This role requires a persistent and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with the business. One will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to potential property partners, presenting the value of listing their properties with the business various brands.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties, ensuring a consistent flow of new listings.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to strategise and meet listing targets
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide feedback and market insights to the Sales Manager to improve calling strategies and approaches
• Attend regular meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Minimum skills and requirements:

• 2-4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in sales role, preferably in the travel, hospitality or real estate sectors
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans
• Highly motivated and energetic personality
• Previous sales, preferably in the luxury travel arena or similar high end customer service orientated sector
• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
• Self-motivated, energetic and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
