To draft Commercial and Information Technology related agreements, such as software development, licensing and sale agreements, terms of use, API terms etc. Advise on commercial intellectual property aspects of transactions, advising on data protection laws and data breaches and advising on AI regulation and ethics within the parameters defined by the legal entity mandate and associated regulations. To act as counsel to the Bank during negotiations, within the parameters defined by line management.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: LLB
Field of Study: Law
Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: Admitted Attorney
Experience Required
5-7 years proven experience in legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents.
At least 3 years experience within the legal technology, financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors. Proven experience in the provision of standard and intermediate legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation.
