Job Summary Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation/development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques.


Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities | Customer service and retention action: Make use of the Financial Needs Analysis tool (standardized format) provided to conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client Discuss various possible solutions and options available with the client and thereafter recommend the most appropriate solution(s) to address any gaps xe2x80xa2 Generate and discuss the appropriate solution in writing (quotation) with the client, complete the necessary | Compliance and Risk Management: reasons for the problems | : | : | : | : | :

Education
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
