Job Summary xe2x80xa2 Identify and prospect potential advertising clients across various industries and market segments. xe2x80xa2 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. xe2x80xa2 Understand client objectives and tailor advertising solutions to meet their specific needs. xe2x80xa2 Present and articulate the value proposition of TieMedia's advertising products and services effectively. xe2x80xa2 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. xe2x80xa2 Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in advertising or media. xe2x80xa2 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively. xe2x80xa2 Self-motivated and driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. xe2x80xa2 Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. xe2x80xa2 Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
