ADVANCED DERMAL AESTHETIC THERAPIST - with Degree / Advanced Diploma

FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa

STARTING DATE: Pre-Opening April 2024

REPORTS to: Managing Director

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
• Sunday 09:00 - 13:00 (rotate every 2nd Sunday)
• CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays (management's discretion)
• Day off on your Birthday
• 15 Working days off per annual leave cycle

PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R15,000 - R18,000 Gross per month (NEG. based on desired experience & skills)
• Performance incentives
• Targeted commission (10%) for Services & Retail

QUALIFICATIONS: * Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate

• Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma
• Advanced Somatology Diploma - BONUS
• BTECH Degree - BONUS
• Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS
• ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: * Present at least THREE years in an aesthetic role and environment with the focus of Aesthetics & Medical Spa

• Able to perform basic administrative duties where operationally required (rostering, client records updated, bookings etc)
• Supervise and train employees where operationally required
• Confidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care
• Cross-refer to other departments
• Must be familiar with all treatment protocols and products
• Assist the Doctor where operationally required (Within your scope of practice)
• Be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellence
• Confident and skilled in any of the following services:

• LASER Hair Removal
• LASER Skin Rejuvenation
• IPL
• Light-based therapies
• Derma Pen
• Micro-needling
• Advanced Skin Care Technology
• VISIA Skin Analysis
• Body Composition
• Slimming Technology
• RF
• Cellulite Therapy
• Skin Tightening, etc.
