Job title: Admitted Attorney
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Salary: Market related

Duties:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and agreements
- Advising clients on contract law, construction law, compliance, and risk management
- Representing clients in disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with building and safety standards
- Protecting client interests in negotiations and contract enforcement
- LLB Degree (or equivalent)
- Admission as an Attorney of the High Court
- Minimum 2-5 years' post-admission experience in Contract Law and Construction Law
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC)
- Experience in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and mediation
