Our client - a respected boutique legal practice in Cape Town - is looking for an Admitted Attorney to join their growing firm on a full-time basis.

About the Practice
This boutique firm focuses on delivering high-quality, personalised legal services to a range of corporate clients. The team prides itself on professionalism, integrity, and collaboration - each member contributes meaningfully to the success of the practice.
Main Practice Areas:

• Property transfers
• Bond registrations and cancellations
• Commercial recoveries
• Commercial and civil litigation
• Contract drafting and review (including ante-nuptial contracts)

? No criminal law, medical negligence, contingency matters, RAF, or personal injury cases.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an Admitted Attorney who is self-motivated, committed to quality work, and driven to make a lasting impact.
Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Proven litigation and court experience
• Strong drafting skills - able to prepare pleadings without reliance on precedents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, composed, and confident under pressure
• Collaborative mindset with a high sense of accountability and integrity
• Conveyancing experience will be a distinct advantage
