An experienced account administrator with bookkeeping experience is sought to manage all logistics to service a major retailer and Takealot. Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is essential as well as working knowledge of Xero accounting package.
The applicant will carry out the following functions:
- Manage all aspects of fulfilment of weekly orders to the DC
-Manage all orders received and process these accurately into new orders to China
- Manage the Xero stock control system
- Be physically involved in taking stock, managing loose stock and controlling stock
- Manage various aspects of deliveries to Takealot as well as carry out analysis of sales.
- Perform customer service duties to the clients concerned
