Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrator to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is based in Sea Point, Cape Town, and requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the COO.
Manage the COO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Previous experience in the hospitality or property industry is advantageous.
