About the Position:
We are seeking a proactive, well-organised Administrator to support our agents, management, and
clients. This role also includes serving as a Personal Assistant to the Principals of Lorna Real
Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calls, WhatsApps, emails, and client enquiries.
Assist walk-in clients professionally.
Prepare mandates, lease agreements, and property files.
Capture and update property listings online.
Maintain organised data records and filing systems.
Schedule appointments, viewings, and follow-ups.
Support agents with daily administration.
Assist with marketing materials and basic social media posting.
Serve as Personal Assistant to the Principals of Lorna Real Estate.
Requirements:
Administrative experience (real estate beneficial).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Computer literacy: MS Office & Google Workspace.
Friendly, professional, and client-focused.
Ability to work independently.
Must live in Pretoria North or Akasia.
