DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions2. Create, issue, and manage customer invoices and quotes in a timely and accurate manner3. Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements4. Prepare proposals and issue contracts and invoices for confirmed bookings5. Maintain and update sales and customer records6. Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in managing collections7. Create financial transactions tracksheets, and track outstanding purchase orders8. Assist with setting up new customer accounts, ensuring proper billing information is recorded9. Assist with adhoc duties such as onboarding compliance documents as required by our clients10. Conduct admin duties such as renewal of company compliance documents and prepare tender documents

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bookkeeping qualifications - Dr, Cr, Journal entries 2. 5+ years' administration experience3. CIPC experience will be a huge advantage4. Computer literate 5. Good communication skills6. Attention to detail7. Previous experience in a technical environment (highly beneficial)8. Sage Accounting Experience and Excel Management.
