Role PurposeThis temporary position is aimed at a client focused individual who is able to deliver quality outputs, whilst at the same time working effectively with people, both internally and externally, for a period of three months.
Requirements

  • A National Senior Certificate is essential (Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy as a Grade 12 subject is highly advantageous)
  • Language proficiency in English is essential
  • MS Office / 365 proficiency is essential
  • Relevant working experience in a client services environment would be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurate scanning and recording of electronic documents in relevant folders according to process.
  • Accurately forward all documents for review to the correct operational systems as per the administrative workflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by responding to queries via various servicing channels (inbound and outbound calls, emails and walk-in interactions etc.).
  • Ensure that the Scheme/s and Employer are not unnecessarily exposed to financial risk.
  • Assist with other functions in the team and organisation as required.
  • Capture and update information on relevant system/s, based on data received.
  • Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
