We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of reports.
Coordinate and organize office activities and events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Support the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record management.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Previous experience in a marketing or sales environment is a plus.
