Looking for a skilled Administrator with 2 years of experience to join our SME in Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Sectors: Admin, Office & Support

Functions: Office administrator, Personal Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage front desk tasks such as answering calls, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries Provide administrative support to the team Organize and schedule appointments Data entry and tracking Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance Control debtors & creditors (monthly recon to ensure payments are made to suppliers and that clients are paying monthly). Liase with company accountant (wages, uif, paye) Assist with management of the servicing departments within the company (weekly checklists and ensuring work is completed within deadlines. Fleet Management (Service records, petrol allocations, cartrack spot checks)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
