Job Summary
Purpose of the Role:
Maintains office services by organizing and executing office functions and duties for internal and external customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Role : Administrator - Warehouse - Logistics
Qualification:

• Must have Grade 12, Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification.

Must have a clear criminal record. Experience

• Min 3 years experience in similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Role and Responsibilities

• Capture approved leave taken by department employees on the ESS system
• Ensure time and attendance on the management system is accurate and correct
• Submit payroll information timeously and accurately in terms of overtime, subsistence, and allowances
• Resolve payroll and leave queries when required
• Request quotes from non-stock suppliers and process the orders should it be approved
• Manage non-stock purchase orders to ensure all processing is complete before Accounts Payable closes
• Ensure provisions are made for purchase orders not receipted in the relevant month
• Responsible for office filing
• Assist with preparation for audits and compiling and preparing documentation required
• Take minutes of meetings and publish it electronically
• Order and manage stationery and uniforms
• Travel arrangements
• Maintain and monitor expense tracker for the Depot
• Follow up on non-stock orders that are delayed and give feedback to the relevant department
• Keep track records of all POs generated and close them on time to ensure that it does not appear on Risk report
• Ensure that all recurring open POs have comments on them to ensure proper traceability of all POs
• Ensure that all the Petty Cash statements are properly reconciled and sent to Finance Department by close of each month
• Any lawful and reasonable request
