Job Description

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB


Act as a central point of contact and co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders; Provide administrative support and assistance to the Legal & Compliance team, ensuring applicable policies, processes and governance frameworks are applied; Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining accurate records and filing systems; Support the background screening, and vetting process for service provider's by collecting required documents, conducting preliminary checks and tracking progress; Maintaining all information and documentation within various databases; Assist with contract management activities, including tracking contract lifecycles, maintaining registers, and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and up to date; Support the drafting, formatting, and review of routine legal documents, agreements, correspondence, and templates under the guidance of the Legal & Compliance team; Monitor and track deadlines and follow ups of internal deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks; Manage incoming requests and route matters to the appropriate legal team members. Ad-hoc assistance to the Legal & Compliance team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE




Minimum Matric qualification. At least 3-5 years relevant work experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel (graphical representation) and PowerPoint features.
