2+ years administration experience within the real estate / property industry
Own transport and valid drivers license
MS. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Xero (accounting system) experience
Debtors & Creditors knowledge
Basic understanding of Lease Financials (preferable)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Airbnb and Bookings.com
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. * Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Maintain an updated contact list of property owners with all real estate systems and process and track real estate documents.
Assist Real Estate Analysts and Real Estate Account Managers with portfolio and site verification; support the integrity of all real estate data.
Assist the Real Estate team with managing existing leases, insurance certificates, internal documentation requests, amendments, and ongoing site data entry of daily procedures.
Provide support to Real Estate Analysts by processing utility payment reimbursements.
Other duties as assigned.
